John and Eleanor Mumford coordinate the Vineyard Global family, having previously been the National Directors of the Vineyard movement in the United Kingdom & Ireland. They married in 1978 and have two sons. They worked for nearly two years with John Wimber on the staff of the Anaheim Vineyard in California before planting the SW London Vineyard in 1987. They spend their time investing in the development of the Vineyard movement around the world.



Lindiwe Ncedo, a Social Worker, called by the Lord to serve Him on a fulltime basis, is currently the Senior Pastor of Victory Vineyard Ministries in King Williamstown in the Eastern Cape. Lindiwe feels called for two things:

1. To preach and teach the message of the Kingdom of God to all nations. 

2. Market place Ministry- Kingdom Economy. 

Her PASSIONs are:  Teaching Kingdom message; To bring Healing, Deliverance and Restoration to men and women; Dealing with foundations; Leaderships; To identify and unleash hidden potential  from people from all walks of life; Teaching, Training and Social facilitation; Counselling and Motivation.



Karen Maree is married to Gavin and they have three sons aged 16, 18 and 21. Karen is a Christian counsellor and qualified social worker having worked as a school councellor for many years.  She now leads Eden Life Centre, a healing and counselling centre based in Fountain Vineyard. Gavin and Karen pastored the Edge Church plant for 10 years in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth) prior to joining Fountain Vineyard’s pastoral team again. Karen is also part of the VSA National Leadership Team. Karen is passionate about people growing into greater wholeness.

Colleen Pedersen is married to Dave, they have 4 married children and 10 grandchildren . Colleen is passionate about mentoring young families as they become parents in her role as midwife and doula. Colleen is a National Director of Vineyard South Africa along with Dave as well as senior pastors of Fountain Vineyard. She loves the outdoors and prayer. 



Steve Olivier is married to Dee-Anne and have four teenage children and live in Knysna in the Western Cape of South Africa. After spending 22 years on the mission field doing Evangelistic crusades and Pastors Conferences, the last 6 years have seen Steve and Dee-Anne take up the role of Senior Pastors of a vibrant church community called Knysna Vineyard. Steve is a graduate of Rhema Bible College and has recently completed his Master’s degree in Missional Leadership at Trinity Grad School. He currently serves on the National Executive of The Evangelical Alliance of South Africa and the National Executive of The Association of Vineyard Churches in South Africa. Dee is passionate about family, music and reaching next generations and brings joy and colour to every environment. Steve is passionate about seeing people experiencing the depths of Gods’ unconditional love and seeing the kingdom of God expand through healthy, life-giving Churches and Ministries.



After a decade of leading the theological training, preaching team, and sermon content of a vibrant church in Cape Town, South Africa, as it grew into the thousands, Terran Williams has now taken to writing books that serve the wider church and its mission. He has authored the Reach4Life Youth Bible (with a print of three million in thirty languages), What’s So Amazing About Scripture? How to Read it Right and Tap into its Power, and How God Sees Women: The End of Patriarchy (www.amzn.to/3xcWdF3) which Dr. Kevin Giles opines to be “the best book on the complementarian / evangelical egalitarian debate.” Terran is an avid surfer, father of five and coffee-lover. He is also the part-time leader of Signal church, which is part of Vineyard.
