Edgar King is a follower of Jesus who loves seeing others equipped to do this too. Because of that he is the lead pastor of a small cross-cultural church in the City of Nakuru, KE and currently the incoming National Director of the Vineyard movement in KE.
Andrew’s main claim to fame is that he is married to Mandy. Andrew and Mandy met way back in 1988, when she was 14 and Andrew was 17 and have been together ever since. They have 3 wonderful children, Joshua, Daniel, and Annah-Faith. Andrew is the team leader and senior pastor @ Willow Hill Vineyard which meets at Oakfield Farm in Johannesburg and serves on the SA Vineyard National Leadership team. Andrew has a passion to see people healed and unreached people drawn into relationship with Jesus, serving Jesus’ church and mission into the world. He is involved in trans-local missions around South Africa, into Africa. He is committed to mentoring, discipling, and equipping people to fulfil Jesus commission to “Go into all the world” His motto is “To know Him more as I take His life to be my own & to make Him known”
STEVE AND DEE OLIVIER
Steve Olivier is married to Dee-Anne and have four teenage children and live in Knysna in the Western Cape of South Africa. After spending 22 years on the mission field doing Evangelistic crusades and Pastors Conferences, the last 6 years have seen Steve and Dee-Anne take up the role of Senior Pastors of a vibrant church community called Knysna Vineyard. Steve is a graduate of Rhema Bible College and is currently completing his Master’s degree in Missional Leadership. He currently serves on the National Executive of The Evangelical Alliance of South Africa and the National Executive of The Association of Vineyard Churches in South Africa. Dee is passionate about family, music and reaching next generations and brings joy and colour to every environment. Steve is passionate about seeing people experiencing the depths of Gods’ unconditional love and seeing the kingdom of God expand through healthy, life-giving Churches and Ministries.
PAUL AND CAROL ALEXANDER
Paul and Carol Alexander are, at heart, passionate missionaries. Both born in South Africa, they have lived and led on four continents.
After High School, Paul and his beautiful fiancé Carol attended Bible College in the UK. This began a global journey. Over forty years later Paul and Carol have served in missions, pastoral work, and Christian education around the world. They often speak in events together and have been actively involved in speaking and teaching in leadership contexts for many years.
Paul is currently the President of Trinity Bible College and Graduate School in Ellendale, North Dakota. He holds a PhD from the University of Bangor, Wales.
Carol holds a PhD degree with a specialization in contemporary culture and Christian leadership responses to it and is currently the Dean of the Graduate School at Trinity.
Carol and Paul have been married for forty-five years and have two grown children. Anna lives with her family in North Carolina and Jason lives in Los Angeles. Anna’s children, Ava and Tylan, are a special delight to their grandparents!
David Skevington is one of the Pastor’s at Fountain Vineyard. He leads the Young Adults ministry in the church which goes by the name Surch. He also heads up other ministries such as the internship program, School of Leadership study program and believe it or not the over 60’s ministry in the church.
PABALLO AND REFILWE THEKISO
Paballo and Refilwe Thekiso have been married for over 10 years and have two daughters Atlegang and Rorisang. Refilwe is a bookkeeper by profession while Paballo used to be in the media working as a photojournalist before responding to the call of being into ministry full time. Though Paballo & Refilwe are fairly new in the vineyard family (officially installed and ordained as Pastor of the church in January 2019) the two have been serving in church leadership for some time.
Currently Refilwe works as a bookkeeper for ACSI, an organisation that supports and encourages christian schools in biblical integration. In ministry Refilwe co-leads the Children Church ministry at Following Jesus and is passionate about developing young girls through issues of teenage pregnancy and life skills. This is especially for girls in previously disadvantaged communities.
Besides leading the church Paballo is passionate about issues of social justice and evangelism.
Outside his role as Following Jesus, Paballo serves on the national board for Youth For Christ, an NGO focused on sourcing funding and using the funds to empower communities, mainly the youth, in areas such as skills development, unemployment, disease reduction through community projects and awareness programmes.
He also serves on the national board of LOVEJUSTICESA, an NGO that is helping in combatting human trafficking in SA and the continent.
He also serves as a trustee for The Tshepo Trust, a trust that deals with recruiting and university funding young high school students from under privileged communities who excels in their academic studies.
Paballo also leads the Crucial Conversations focus area in the National broader leadership team with Trevor Ntlola. The focus area focus on creating spaces where crucial conversations can be had with the aim of finding healing were there is wounding and ultimately giving glory to God.
WILNA VD MERWE
Wilna and Adie have a son, a daughter in love and two granddaughters. She was ordained as the senior pastor of First Century Vineyard, Cape Town, in August 2017, after spending 30 years as an Educator. This mission field presented opportunities, as the deputy principal, to creatively initiate various projects of growth in that sphere.
She embraced the call “to love God and His people in faithfulness” in itinerant ministry across CT, EC, Lesotho and Namibia.
Currently, Wilna leads a Hub, oversees the Focus group: Prophetic, and leads the team at First Century Vineyard. The dynamic of a Team and the equipping of the saints for the work of the ministry, energises her in the Kingdom of God.
Anold Fedrick Luhwago married Stella Patrick 21 years ago. God blessed them with 4 kids, 3 daughters and one son; Mary, Kissa/Victory, Abigail and Joseph. God called Anold and Stella to lead a Local church in Iringa by the name Mkwawa Vineyard, 8 years ago. God called Anold out of 48 children belonging to Fedrick, who was polygamists.
Anold also serves as one of the Vineyard Tanzania National Leaders. Since 1987, 15 years ago, Anold connected with the Vineyard movement, where Peter Twycross from Kenya, Costa Mitchell and others from South Africa visited Tanzania to share about Vineyard. Anold felt that Vineyard was his home.
Anold found himself connected to the very big family of Vineyard (Global Vineyard), among others Dave Pedersen mentored Anold. Since meeting Dave & Colleen in in Malawi, Port Elizabeth has become his second home.
Anold’s vision and passion is to empower and release the community to serve our Lord Jesus, the King.
Lindiwe Ncedo, a Social Worker, called by the Lord to serve Him on a fulltime basis.
Currently, the Senior Pastor of Victory Vineyard Ministries (Former Good News Christian church).
Called for two things:
1. To preach/ Teach the message of the Kingdom of God to all nations.
2. Market place Ministry- Kingdom Economy.
